Highlights included the launch of a new platform for transforming scientific achievements, partnerships with leading universities, and the unveiling of the Jiangsu Province Characteristic Industry Talent Cluster Area. A major focus was the new "Main Portal" for talent services, streamlining job opportunities, housing subsidies, and essential needs like education and healthcare. The conference also featured AI-powered talent showcases, attracting 100 alumni associations and 600 projects, with funding reaching 10 billion yuan ($1.4 billion).

Wuxi's "Taihu Talent Plan" has already built a talent pool of 2.3 million, including 192,000 high-level experts. This has fueled breakthroughs in industries like integrated circuits and biomedicine, with innovations such as high-end photonic chips and China's first domestically produced lung cancer drug. The event reinforced Wuxi's role as a hub for innovation and talent development.
