When the city of Changchun, capital of Jilin province, sponsored a youth football tournament at the local level, on April 23, it was a sign of the city's enthusiasm and determinism for youth football and its future.

The tourney mainly involved primary and secondary schools in the Jingyue National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and was seen as a good opportunity to exchange ideas on football and education among the many schools involved.
