Goalkeeper Sergio Romero saved two penalties Wednesday to send Argentina into the World Cup final with a 4-2 shootout win over the Netherlands after the game finished in a 0-0 stalemate.

守門員“撲出點(diǎn)球”除了上文中的save penalties以外，還可以用block/stop penalties表示。在提到德國(guó)門將諾伊爾的撲救時(shí)，外媒還用到了這樣一個(gè)表達(dá)： Neuer denied Benzema with a key save in the dying stages（在最后時(shí)刻，諾伊爾成功撲出了本澤馬的射門）。

與之相對(duì)的，守門員撲救失敗，導(dǎo)致球隊(duì)失球就可以用leak/concede/allow goals表示，如，He has leaked only three goals in five games at the World Cup（在世界杯的五場(chǎng)比賽中，他只撲丟了三個(gè)球）。
