文化軟實(shí)力 soft power of Chinese culture
相較于中共往屆黨代會(huì)的政治報(bào)告，此次十七大報(bào)告用了相當(dāng)?shù)钠撌鑫幕??！拔幕泴?shí)力”、“文化創(chuàng)造活力” 等新名詞頻頻閃現(xiàn)。中央黨校教授戴焰軍認(rèn)為把文化軟實(shí)力的概念寫進(jìn)黨代會(huì)的報(bào)告，說明執(zhí)政黨在推進(jìn)社會(huì)發(fā)展中越來越重視文化的作用。

Hu Jintao stressed the need to enhance Chinese culture as the country's "soft power" in his keynote speech to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
"Culture has become a more and more important source of national cohesion and creativity and a factor of growing significance in the competition in overall national strength," Hu said.
We must "enhance culture as part of the soft power of our country to better guarantee the people's basic cultural rights and interests," he said.
胡錦濤同志在十七大報(bào)告中強(qiáng)調(diào)，文化越來越成為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉、越來越成為綜合國力競爭的重要因素，必須提高國家文化軟實(shí)力，使人民基本文化權(quán)益得到更好保障。
“soft power of Chinese culture” 即“文化軟實(shí)力”；提高文化軟實(shí)力為“to enhance soft power of Chinese culture”。
