Forum unites global experts to enhance city image communication

The International Communication (Wuxi) Forum took place in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on Saturday, drawing over 150 guests from around the globe to discuss innovative strategies for elevating city image on the international stage.
Under the theme "AI Powering a World of Smart Connectivity", the forum emphasized how cities can use innovative storytelling and digital empowerment to strengthen their international communication efforts.
During the event, Wuxi highlighted its key international communication initiatives for 2025 and 2026. These include the Wuxi International Communication Alliance, the IP WUXI Platform, a city documentary project, and a plan to promote Chinese folk music.
