"If you cannot win China, you cannot win the world," said Lei Kaiting, General Manager of Corporate Affairs for Beiersdorf China, regarding Shanghai as the hub of the cosmetics industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.
Beiersdorf, a German cosmetics giant, with affiliates including Eucerin, Nivea and Chantecaille, has established its global second-largest R&D center in Shanghai, committed to the "In China, For China" strategy.
