Dragonpass unveils AI-driven development strategy

Dragonpass, a leading international travel and lifestyle platform, has unveiled a new brand image and announced the establishment of artificial intelligence-driven businesses as one of the core strategies for its future development.
"Through the AI business strategy, we aim to transform from a simply digital platform into an AI-driven, globally leading travel and lifestyle platform," said Cai Kehui, founder and president of Dragonpass.
The company, founded in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province, in 2005, has since expanded its high-quality travel and lifestyle service network to more than 140 countries and regions.
Dragonpass set out its AI-driven business strategy during the 2025 International Airport Expo and the 10th China Airport Service Conference, which concluded in Guangzhou on Thursday.
"AI is not an isolated technological component – it will be deeply integrated into our existing ecosystem, helping optimize users' experiences and enhance our business efficiency," said Su Jun, chief growth officer and president of the North Asia Region of Dragonpass.
According to Su, Dragonpass has been introducing AI applications across its multiple business lines for some time.
In the concierge service sector, the company integrates its global resources with AI technology to offer comprehensive, customized travel arrangements, achieving a service upgrade from demand response to proactive companionship, Su said.
