Magnum outlines plans for demerger from Unilever

In 2024, Magnum generated €7.9 billion ($9.24 billion) in revenue and 1.3 billion ($1.52 billion) of Adjusted EBITDA. The company owns four of the five biggest ice cream brands worldwide, operates a market-leading three million freezer cabinets, and has a global retail market share of around 21 percent.
The company has a footprint across regions with a mix of global power brands such as Magnum itself, Ben & Jerry's, Cornetto and the Heart-brand, plus local brands that include Breyers, Klondike and Popsicle.
TMICC said it plans to accelerate organic growth and improve productivity through growing the number of sales with market-making innovations, a competitive pricing strategy across all snacking price points, international roll-out of premium brands, dynamic, digital-led demand creation, and expansion of availability across channels.
Its productivity program is expected to deliver cumulative gross savings of €500 million ($584.96 million) in the medium term, fueling growth and margin expansion, driven by supply chain transformation, overhead reduction and tech-enabled productivity.
