Wuxi Shuofang Airport recently introduced a pet-in-cabin service, with Shenzhen Airlines becoming the first airline at the airport to offer this service.
This service includes domestic direct economy flights departing from Wuxi, excluding stopovers, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and international routes. The exclusive pet-in-cabin check-in counter for Shenzhen Airlines is Counter No 64, located on the second floor of the airport.
This service is available for small domesticated dogs or cats that conform to Shenzhen Airlines' transportation standards. Each passenger may bring one pet into the cabin, with a maximum of two pets allowed per flight.
Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes early to complete transportation procedures and pet arrangements.
How to make a reservation?
Method 1: Contact Shenzhen Airlines' 24-hour official booking hotline at 95361 to inquire about and reserve the pet-in-cabin service at least 48 hours before your flight.
Method 2: Purchase a "single-use pet-in-cabin service voucher" via Shenzhen Airlines' "Shenfen Mall" (深粉商城) WeChat mini-program. After purchase, verify the SMS for the voucher code.
