China Eastern to resume Shanghai-Vancouver direct flight

China Eastern Airlines will restore direct flights between Shanghai and Vancouver, Canada starting Sept 25, according to the Shanghai-based carrier.
The official resumption of this route will bring the airline's direct flights from Shanghai to North America to five, namely San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
The Shanghai-Vancouver flight will operate every Monday and Thursday, departing from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and returning from Vancouver on the same day (local time).
The resumption of the Shanghai-Vancouver route is not only a response by China Eastern to market demand but also supports exchanges and cooperation between China and Canada in various fields such as economy, trade and culture.
Flight tickets are now available for purchase on China Eastern's official website and mobile app.
