The Blue Sky Rescue teams from Jizhou and nearby districts in Tianjin deployed around 100 rescuers and 160 pieces of equipment, including boats, drones, and protective gear, in response to severe flash floods across the region.
"We received a rescue call at 3 am about two workers trapped near a sports center. They were rescued by 7 am," said Liu Xiaotong, leader of the Jizhou team.
