2 missing, 9 injured after Hunan fireworks factory blast

Two people are missing, and nine were injured, after an explosion at a fireworks factory on Monday morning in Shanzhou village of Tingxiandu township, Linli county in Hunan province, according to local authorities.
The incident took place at approximately 8:23 am. Emergency response teams, including firefighters, police, and health departments, have been mobilized to manage the situation.
The local government announced that the injured individuals showed no life-threatening signs.
An investigation into the cause of the explosion is underway, and measures are being taken to manage the aftermath of the incident.
