At the Shangri-La Dialogue, the US defense chief dodged questions on arms sales to Taiwan — then shoved past reporters.
Earlier in his speech, he demanded that Asian countries pour more money into their militaries to counter what he labeled as the "China threat". At the same time, the US delegation was packed with arms dealers and defense contractors.
