HK police watchdog warns of escalation of violence and incipient terrorism

With police seizure of explosives and firearms on the rise, Hong Kong's police watchdog had warned of an escalation of violence and the advent of incipient terrorism.
The people of Hong Kong are duty-bound to uphold national security, said Tony Tse Wai-chuen, vice chairman of the Hong Kong Independent Police Complaints Council.
