Shanghai doctor in Wuhan confident in battle, grateful for support

With a heavy workload and even the danger of being infected, Li said she and her colleagues were not alone in the battle as they have seen all the support and relief coming from everywhere in the country, even from local people affected by the virus.
She said Wuhan residents left daily use items and food at their hotel and the hotel attendants have done all they can to allow the doctors to focus on their medical work.
The nurse sharing one hotel room with Li does her best not to disturb Li's sleep as the two are on different shifts. Li takes some pills to help her enter a deep sleep before her colleague comes in.
Wuhan will win, Li said. She and her colleagues couldn't be happier as they see the number of recoveries is increasing and the newly-built Huoshenshan Hospital has been put in use to specifically treat those infected with the virus.
